Can employees file tickets without an account?
Yes. Use the hosted contact form or the portal with magic-link sign-in. You can also forward an internal email alias (e.g. it@) into Tixallo.
Can we automate password reset or onboarding requests?
Yes. Automations route, tag and assign by subject, sender or custom field. The actual reset still happens in your identity provider — Tixallo handles the workflow around it.
