Do I need a developer to add the form?
No. The hosted form page works as soon as you save the form. The embed is a one-line iframe snippet you can paste into any CMS or page builder.
Can I add custom fields?
Yes — add as many fields as you want (text, multi-line, choice, etc.). Field values are stored on the resulting ticket and customer record.
What stops spam?
Submissions go through Tixallo's inbound spam / phishing classifier (the same one used for inbound email), so obvious spam never reaches your inbox.
Does this work on the Free plan?
Yes. Hosted forms and the embed are part of the core product on Free. Pro removes the small "Powered by Tixallo" badge on the hosted page.
