Can I import my Zendesk tickets?
Yes. Tixallo has a built-in Zendesk importer that pulls tickets, comments, requesters and groups using a Zendesk API token. You map groups to Tixallo teams and pick how statuses translate before you commit.
Is Tixallo really free for small teams?
Yes. The Free plan stays free; new workspaces also get 90 days of Pro features so you can evaluate the full product without a card.
Does Tixallo replace Zendesk Talk (voice)?
No. Tixallo focuses on email, web forms, live chat, KB and CRM today. If voice is critical, Zendesk Talk or a dedicated CCaaS product is a better fit.
What about my macros and triggers?
Macros and automations need to be re-created in Tixallo's automation builder. We deliberately do not auto-translate Zendesk triggers because the rule semantics differ — a clean rebuild keeps things predictable.
