  • What's the catch with the Free plan?

    There isn't one — Tixallo Free stays free. Free workspaces show a small "Powered by Tixallo" badge on customer-facing surfaces (portal, chat widget, hosted forms). Upgrading to Pro removes the badge.

  • What is the 90-day Pro trial?

    Every new workspace gets the full Pro feature set free for 90 days, with no card on file. After 90 days you fall back to the Free plan automatically — there's no surprise charge.

  • Do I get the chat widget on Free?

    Yes. The live chat widget, hosted website forms and the embed snippet are part of the core product. The setup wizard at /app/settings/connect-website hands you the snippet to paste.

  • Can I import from my current helpdesk on the Free plan?

    Yes. Zendesk, Freshdesk, Help Scout, Deskpro and CSV importers are available on Free. Very large historical imports may need a Pro workspace for higher limits.
