Will I lose ticket history?
No. The Zendesk importer preserves tickets, comments, authors and timestamps. Anything custom that doesn't map cleanly can come in via CSV import.
How long does migration take?
Most teams cut over in a few days. The import itself runs in the background; the slow part is usually re-creating macros and routing rules.
Can I run Tixallo alongside Zendesk during cutover?
Yes. Set up Tixallo first, point a forwarding address or alias at it, and only flip your main support@ when you're confident.
