Frequently asked questions

  • Will Tixallo cost less than Intercom?

    For most small support teams — yes. Tixallo Free covers a lot, and Pro is a flat plan with no per-resolution or per-message fees. The bigger your conversation volume, the larger the gap usually is.

  • Can I keep my Intercom chat history?

    Tixallo doesn't have a one-click Intercom importer today, but you can export Intercom conversations to CSV and import them via Settings → Imports → CSV. Customers and accounts come across the same way.

  • Does Tixallo have an AI agent like Fin?

    Not exactly. Tixallo's AI assists humans — it summarises threads and drafts replies — instead of auto-resolving tickets. We won't market AI features we haven't actually shipped.

  • What about product tours and onboarding messages?

    Those aren't in Tixallo's scope. If product tours are mission-critical, keep a dedicated tool for that and use Tixallo for chat, tickets, KB and CRM.
