Who is Intercom a strong fit for?

Can I keep my Intercom chat history?
Tixallo doesn't have a one-click Intercom importer today, but you can export Intercom conversations to CSV and import them via Settings → Imports → CSV. Customers and accounts come across the same way.
Does Tixallo have an AI agent like Fin?
Not exactly. Tixallo's AI assists humans — it summarises threads and drafts replies — instead of auto-resolving tickets. We won't market AI features we haven't actually shipped.
What about product tours and onboarding messages?
Those aren't in Tixallo's scope. If product tours are mission-critical, keep a dedicated tool for that and use Tixallo for chat, tickets, KB and CRM.
