  • Will the Freshdesk import bring in companies and contacts?

    Yes. The Freshdesk importer pulls tickets and conversations and seeds Tixallo's customers and accounts so your CRM side starts populated.

  • Do I have to rebuild my automations?

    Yes — Tixallo's automation builder uses different conditions and actions than Freshdesk dispatch'r / observers, so we don't auto-translate. Most teams find rebuilding 5–10 core rules takes well under an hour.

  • What happens after the 90-day Pro trial?

    Your workspace falls back to the Free plan automatically — no card on file means no surprise bill. You can upgrade whenever you outgrow Free.

  • Can I keep my Freshdesk portal URL?

    Tixallo runs your portal under your Tixallo workspace; custom domain support is on the roadmap. Forwarding your support email is the usual cutover path.
