Terms of service

The rules of using Tixallo, written so a normal human can read them. This is a plain-English summary, not legal advice.

Last updated: 2 May 2026

By signing up for Tixallo or using the service you agree to these terms. If you're using Tixallo on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company.

Your account

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials safe and for what your team does in your workspace. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.

Acceptable use

Don't use Tixallo to send spam or unsolicited bulk email, host malware, harass people, infringe copyright, or break the law. We can suspend workspaces that abuse the service, the inbound email infrastructure, or the live chat widget.

Plans, billing and trials

Free plans don't require a card. Paid plans bill in advance, monthly or annually. Every new workspace gets the full Pro feature set free for 90 days; if you don't add a card, your workspace drops to the Free plan when the trial ends — we don't auto-charge.

Refunds are at our reasonable discretion: if something is clearly broken and we can't fix it for you, we'll make it right.

Cancellation and data export

You can cancel a paid plan from your workspace settings at any time and the workspace continues on Free (within Free limits). You can export your tickets, customers and accounts to CSV before closing a workspace.

Service availability

We aim to keep Tixallo available 24/7 and we monitor for incidents. We don't currently publish a contractual uptime SLA. Planned maintenance, where required, is announced in advance.

Your content, your IP

You own your workspace content (tickets, customers, KB articles, etc.). You grant Tixallo the rights it needs to store, process and display that content to operate the service for you.

Liability

Tixallo is provided "as is". To the extent allowed by law, our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms materially we'll update the "last updated" date and, where appropriate, notify workspace owners by email.
