Pricing FAQ
Is there really a free plan?
Yes. The Free plan is free forever — no credit card required. You get 2 agents, 100 tickets per month, the customer portal, knowledge base and core ticketing. The only restriction is a small "Powered by Tixallo" footer on customer-facing pages.
What is the 90-day Pro trial?
Every new Tixallo workspace gets the full Pro feature set free for 90 days, with no credit card on file. After 90 days you fall back to the Free plan automatically — there are no surprise charges. Upgrade any time to keep Pro features and remove the "Powered by Tixallo" branding.
Can I import tickets from Zendesk, Freshdesk, Help Scout or Deskpro?
Yes. Tixallo includes one-click importers for Zendesk, Freshdesk, Help Scout and Deskpro on the Pro plan and above, plus generic CSV import on every plan including Free.
Can I remove Tixallo branding?
Branding is required on the Free plan and is removed automatically on every paid plan (Starter, Pro and Business).
Is my data isolated from other customers?
Every workspace is fully isolated at the database level using row-level security. We run an automated multi-tenant test suite on every release to verify nothing leaks between workspaces.
Do you support AI suggested replies?
Yes. AI suggested replies, summaries and sentiment are available on Starter (50/month), Pro (1,000/month) and Business (10,000/month). Suggestions are grounded in your knowledge base and only use customer-visible articles.
Can I change plans later?
Yes — upgrade or downgrade at any time from Settings → Billing. Changes are pro-rated by Stripe.
What counts as an agent?
Anyone in your workspace who can reply to customers. Customers and light "viewer" roles don't count toward the agent limit.
