Will Beacon (chat) move over too?
The importer focuses on Help Scout conversation data. To replace Beacon, install the Tixallo chat widget — historical chat transcripts can come in via CSV if needed.
Does it preserve note vs reply?
Yes. Internal notes are imported as internal notes and customer replies stay as customer messages.
Can I run both side-by-side?
