Frequently asked questions

  • Will internal notes move over?

    Yes. Notes stay as internal notes and customer messages stay as customer messages.

  • What about custom fields and SLAs?

    Core fields are mapped automatically; unusual fields can come in via CSV. SLAs are re-created in Tixallo (Settings → SLAs) since rule logic differs.

  • Can I migrate gradually?

    Yes — run both side-by-side and only point your support@ forwarding at Tixallo when you're satisfied.
