Added Privacy, Terms, Security, Data Processing and this Changelog page so buyers and procurement teams can find what they need without emailing us first.
May 2026 — Expanded problem/solution guides
Each of the five problem/solution guides now ships with a long-form guide section: problem framing, step-by-step, common mistakes and a "How Tixallo helps" grid of internal links. See for example how to manage support emails.
May 2026 — Intercom migration page
Added /migrate-from-intercom so the migration set now covers Zendesk, Freshdesk, Help Scout, Deskpro and Intercom.
May 2026 — 24 long-tail SEO landing pages
Industry, use-case and problem/solution pages were added under solutions and wired into the sitemap.
May 2026 — Improved competitor & migration pages
Honest comparison sections and migration-focused FAQs across the Zendesk, Freshdesk, Help Scout, Deskpro and Intercom alternative pages, with matching migration guides.
Earlier — Internal linking and footer SEO structure
Footer and header navigation reorganised so important SEO pages are reachable in one click. Sitemap and JSON-LD across SEO landing pages tightened up.
