Can Tixallo replace a Deskpro on-prem install?
If your reason for on-prem was cost or control, Tixallo's SaaS plan often replaces it. If you have a hard data-residency or air-gap requirement, stick with on-prem until we ship a regional/self-host option.
What does the Deskpro importer bring across?
Tickets and replies, departments (mapped to teams), people (mapped to customers), and basic ticket metadata. We deliberately don't try to translate Deskpro triggers — those are easier to rebuild cleanly in Tixallo's automation builder.
Is there a per-agent fee like Deskpro?
