  • Can Tixallo replace a Deskpro on-prem install?

    If your reason for on-prem was cost or control, Tixallo's SaaS plan often replaces it. If you have a hard data-residency or air-gap requirement, stick with on-prem until we ship a regional/self-host option.

  • What does the Deskpro importer bring across?

    Tickets and replies, departments (mapped to teams), people (mapped to customers), and basic ticket metadata. We deliberately don't try to translate Deskpro triggers — those are easier to rebuild cleanly in Tixallo's automation builder.

  • Is there a per-agent fee like Deskpro?

    Tixallo is priced on plans, not per agent. The Free plan stays free; Pro removes branding and unlocks higher limits.
